I’m Marianne Garcia-Cervantes, an HR and Operations Consultant and the founder of HR Bloom Partners LLC.

Before founding HR Bloom Partners in 2025, I spent more than 20 years in leadership within the optical and behavioral health industries. Throughout my career, I managed teams ranging from three employees to multi-site operations with more than 200 team members. Working closely with startups, private practices, and growing organizations gave me firsthand insight into the challenges employers face when managing their people, operations, payroll, and California employment compliance.

I repeatedly saw the same gap: small and mid-sized businesses were expected to navigate complex labor laws and workplace challenges without access to practical, experienced HR support. That experience inspired me to pursue a degree in Human Resources and build HR Bloom Partners to help close that gap.

I created HR Bloom around the belief that HR, operations, and payroll are not separate functions. They are interconnected responsibilities that must work together for a business and its people to thrive. We intentionally specialize in optometry, ophthalmology, ABA therapy, home health, hospice, and security, allowing us to provide industry-informed guidance instead of one-size-fits-all templates.
